Launched on February 3, 2025, the Galaxy S25 Ultra supports 5G connectivity along with GSM, CDMA, HSPA, EVDO, and LTE networks. It features a 6.9-inch Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X display with a resolution of 1440 x 3120 pixels, 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, 2600 nits peak brightness, and Gorilla Armor 2 protection with DX anti-reflective coating.

The body is crafted with a grade 5 titanium frame, Gorilla Glass Victus 2 back, and Gorilla Armor 2 front, weighing 218g and measuring 162.8 x 77.6 x 8.2 mm. It has IP68 water and dust resistance and includes S Pen support.

It runs Android 15 with One UI 7 and promises 7 years of major Android updates. Powering the device is the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 Elite (3nm) with an octa-core CPU and Adreno 830 GPU. Storage options include 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB, with up to 16GB RAM (UFS 4.0 storage).

The quad rear camera system includes:

The 5000mAh Li-Ion battery supports 45W fast charging (65% in 30 minutes), 15W wireless (Qi2 ready), and 4.5W reverse wireless charging.
