🔁 Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

Must be in its original, sealed packaging, with all labels, tags, and accessories intact

Product must not show any signs of use

A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Please contact our team at info@totaltec.eu before returning your item. Once approved, the item must be returned intact to the return address we will provide.

💳 Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:

We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 14 days

Any bank or card charges related to the refund are the buyer’s responsibility

📦 Return Shipping

For orders delivered within Malta, returns must be arranged and covered by the customer

For international orders, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, any original shipping cost may be deducted
