Launched on December 14, 2022, the Xiaomi 13 is a compact flagship smartphone offering full 5G connectivity and support for GSM, CDMA, HSPA, CDMA2000, LTE, and 5G networks. It features a 6.36-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and peak brightness up to 1900 nits, delivering vibrant colors and sharp contrast in all lighting conditions. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.

The body is crafted with a glass front and back (or an optional silicone polymer back), encased in an aluminum frame, offering a refined and sturdy build. It weighs 185g or 189g and measures 152.8 x 71.5 x 8.0 mm, making it both lightweight and easy to handle. The Xiaomi 13 is IP68-rated, ensuring resistance to dust and water immersion up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes.

Running on Android 13 (upgradable to Android 14) with MIUI 14, the Xiaomi 13 is powered by the flagship-grade Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 (4nm) chipset. Its octa-core CPU includes a high-performance Cortex-X3 core, and its Adreno 740 GPU handles advanced gaming and graphic-intensive tasks with ease. Storage configurations range from 128GB to 512GB, coupled with 8GB or 12GB of RAM, using UFS 3.1 (128GB) and UFS 4.0 (256GB/512GB) storage technology for fast data access. No microSD slot is included.

On the rear, the Xiaomi 13 features a Leica-engineered triple camera setup:

The 4500 mAh Li-Po battery supports 67W wired charging (100% in 38 minutes), 50W wireless charging (100% in 48 minutes), and 10W reverse wireless charging, giving users flexible, high-speed charging options.
